Under the menu-point "Tools" - "Options" you can customize some preferences to your specific needs. In the tab "General" you can adjust the language and add or delete categories for your expenses...  ...If the checkmark for "Carry over fix costs automatically for selected items...", Expenses (other than fuel) will be carried over automatically in certain intervals, if the checkmark "fix" is set in the main window.  ...To adjust the interval, select the item in the main table and press the right mouse button. A context menu appears that allows you to select the interval that you wish.
