The main menu-point "Preferences" enables you to customize some preferences to your specific needs.  In tab "General" you have the chance to select the language. You can also check boxes to save and automatically suggest remarks and automatically carry over fix expenses.  Under the tab "Currencies" you can add any number of foreign currencies, which enables you to record your costs in other currencies than EUR (which is the standard currency of this application)...
